A quick Mediterranean wrap made with creamy labneh, fresh vegetables, olives, and herbs, all rolled in soft pita and finished with olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
Labneh Wrap
- Total Time: 5-10 minutes
- Yield: 1-2 people 1x
Ingredients
- 1 pita bread or large piece of markook bread
- 3–4 tbsp labneh
- Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- Tomatoes (thinly sliced
- Kalamata Greek pitted olives (or your favorite olives)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Drizzle of pomegranate molasses
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Lay the pita bread or markook bread flat on a plate or board.
- Spread the labneh evenly across the bread.
- Layer thinly sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on top of the labneh.
- Add olives and fresh mint leaves.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half or enjoy whole.
