Labneh Wrap

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pita bread or large piece of markook bread
  • 34 tbsp labneh
  • Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • Tomatoes (thinly sliced
  • Kalamata Greek pitted olives (or your favorite olives)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • Drizzle of pomegranate molasses
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Lay the pita bread or markook bread flat on a plate or board.
  2. Spread the labneh evenly across the bread.
  3. Layer thinly sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on top of the labneh.
  4. Add olives and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  7. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
  8. Slice in half or enjoy whole.
