Layers of smashed dates, creamy peanut butter, and rich melted chocolate come together in these easy no-bake dessert bites, finished with crunchy pistachios and juicy pomegranate seeds. Chill, slice, and enjoy a naturally sweet treat that’s perfect for sharing—or keeping all to yourself.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted dates
- ½–¾ cup peanut butter (warmed)
- 1 cup melted chocolate (dark or milk)
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup crushed pistachios
Instructions
1. Smash dates into small cups on a lined dish to form the base layer.
2. Warm peanut butter slightly and spread evenly over the dates.
3. Pour melted chocolate on top.
4. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and crushed pistachios.
5. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until set.
Serve as bite-size cups or cut into squares.
