- 2 cans of Ziyad Premium Chickpeas (keep juice from one can)
- ¼–¾ cup Ziyah Premium Tahini (add to taste)
- About 6 cloves garlic (crush with pestle and lightly salt)
- Baraka Lemon Juice
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil (add to taste
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Add drained, slightly warmed chickpeas and garlic to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Blend again.
- Slowly add chickpea juice while blending until the hummus becomes light, smooth, and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, lemon, or tahini as needed).
- Serve drizzled with olive oil. Optional garnish: paprika or parsley.

Optional Add-Ins: Roasted red peppers, pickled turnips, olives, jalapeños, chili flakes, extra garlic, smoked paprika, sumac spice.
