Vytyl – Commitment to Ethical Sourcing
Last Updated: July 25, 2025
At Vytyl, we care deeply about the people behind the products we offer. We are committed to building a supply chain that is free from human trafficking, forced labor, and abusive working conditions.
Supplier Standards and Expectations
We require that our suppliers represent and warrant that all goods provided to Vytyl are:
- Produced, manufactured, packaged, and delivered in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations—both in the United States and in any other country where business is conducted
- Not made using forced labor, prison labor, or illegal child labor
These expectations are embedded in our vendor agreements and reflect the values we bring to our customers and community.
Oversight and Compliance
Vytyl reserves the right to conduct announced or unannounced visits or audits of supplier facilities. These reviews may be carried out by Vytyl team members or qualified third-party organizations to assess adherence to our standards.
If a supplier is found to be in violation of our policies or labor laws, we will take corrective action, including the possible termination of our business relationship.
Accountability and Awareness
We expect both our suppliers and our internal team to uphold these ethical principles. Vytyl team members involved in purchasing and vendor relations are educated about the risks of forced labor and human trafficking and are encouraged to report any concerns regarding supplier conduct.
We believe that transparency, accountability, and compassion should guide every step of our supply chain—and we are committed to doing our part.
